PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Ladies and Gentlemen,
All papers selected for presentation will appear in the Conference Proceedings, under the following conditions:
- acceptance of the paper by the Program Committee based on positive reviews,
- preparation of the paper in accordance with the Conference Proceedings Format,
- registration of at least one author per each accepted paper and payment of the conference fee
at the time of the submission of the final paper.
The full registration fee, amounting to 500 EURO per each participant of the Conference, covers the total cost of participation in the DPS'09 conference, including:
- participation in the conference scientific program,
- the conference proceedings,
- hotel accommodation (the nights 6/7, 7/8, and 8/9 of September 2009),
- nourishment from the evening meal in Sunday (6.09) up to the dinner in Wednesday (9.09), and
- access to all social events related to the Conference, like
- conference reception, concert, banquet, excursion (depending on the effective sponsorship).
The conference fee should be transferred to the Organizers' account by the 12th of July, 2009.
We would also like to inform that the reduced fee of 400 EURO can be applied for students and postgraduate students,
sending us a suitable university authorization on their status.
If the submitted final paper should not be accepted, the fee,
reduced by 25 EURO of administrative costs, will be paid back.
The fee for an accompanying person is 350 EURO and ought to be paid before July 12th, 2009 (late booking can be ineffective).
