DPP-Diagnostics of Industrial Processes

CONFERENCE SCOPE

The Conference is mainly concerned with solving of various scientific and technical problems of diagnostics of industrial processes based on different methods and techniques. Basically, the Conference is a Polish national forum of exchange of scientific and technique information and engineering experience on technical diagnosis. Nevertheless we also warmly welcome English presentations on the subject. The Conference thus is focused on integration of automatic control, automation, computer science and others branches of the engineers knowledge within a broad scope of fault detection, isolation, localisation, identification and diagnosis. An important task for this forum is integration of scientists, industrial engineers and managers from different branches of industry like chemistry, power systems, machine tools, manufacturing, nutritive industry with producers of hardware and software for automatic control and diagnostic systems.

MAIN TOPICS

  • Modelling and simulation of faults and fault-symptom relationships
  • Methods of fault detection and isolation (localisation) using:
    • mathematical modelling
    • state identification and estimation
    • qualitative models
    • statistical signal processing
    • artificial intelligence
    • fuzzy logic and approximate sets
    • expert systems
